AGC's global headquarters for Building and Industrial Glass is in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium

Based in Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium), AGC Glass Europe (formerly Glaverbel in Europe) produces, processes and distributes flat glass for the construction (external glazing and interior decorative glass), automotive (OEM and replacement glass) and solar industries.

It is the European branch of AGC Glass, the world’s largest manufacturer of flat glass for buildings, cars, smartphones, tablets, computers, TV screens and touchscreens.

AGC has 40 years of experience in telecommunications and antennas for automotive and electronics applications

For more than 40 years, the automotive industry has been using antenna-embedded glass for AM/FM radio, television, remote keyless entry, DAB, 4G and now 5G. AGC Glass Europe invested in a large leading-edge anechoic chamber at its R&D centre in Gosselies, Belgium in response to the automotive industry’s growing demand for connectivity.
